In the world of online marketing and SEO, we often talk about conversion rate. How many people who view your website fill out the contact form? Email you? If someone types in ” Indianapolis Laundromat ” and they come across your site, how many become your customer?
On an even broader scale, what about the other aspects of your online presence: Facebook Business page, Twitter, your Google business listing (which now called Google Local+, used to be Google Places)? Pinterest, Instagram…it’s getting crazy out there!
The bottom line is…the more active we are in cross-platform marketing, the greater percentage of people we run into will turn into human conversations. And isn’t that the whole point?
